- The employer runs three assembly buildings in Khlong Luang and wants a dedicated improvement engineer to attack changeover time and line imbalance.
- You will run Kaizen events alongside production supervisors and report delivered savings straight to the plant director.

ความรับผิดชอบ
- Lead Kaizen and SMED workshops on assembly and SMT lines
- Map value streams and quantify waste in cycle time, WIP and rework
- Write A3 problem statements and drive DMAIC projects through to closure
- Establish and audit standard work, line balancing and 5S on the shop floor
- Coach supervisors and technicians to run their own Yellow Belt projects
- Track verified savings and present monthly productivity KPIs to management
- Benchmark practices with our Japanese parent plant twice a year
คุณสมบัติ (Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related engineering field
- At least 4 years of continuous improvement work in a mass production plant
- Six Sigma Green Belt certification or an equivalent project portfolio
- Confident using Minitab or Excel for capability and hypothesis testing
- Able to win over line leaders who have far more shop floor years than you
- Good spoken English for sessions with visiting engineers
